Payroll and Labor Cost Allocation
Payroll is not run through Odoo. Payroll runs through QuickBooks (or a future payroll provider). After payroll runs, a portion of those costs is journaled into Odoo as Direct Labor.
The Timesheet Posting module allocates direct labor costs to specific projects and tasks via analytic accounts. It is the bridge between "hours worked" and "cost allocated." It does not handle overhead labor — only time logged against customer projects flows through this module.
