Apps You'll Use in Field Service

Out of the full Apps Overview, these are the ones an FSE or dispatcher opens during a normal week. Everything else you can skip unless a teammate sends you there.

AppWhy you'll open it
ProjectYour task list and schedule. Each service visit is a task here. Use the Gantt view to see your week.
ServiceThe service request attached to each visit. Where you record what system you worked on, findings, resolution code, and the report.
TimesheetsLog hours against the task. Drives per diem and labor cost.
InventoryPull parts from your truck stock or the warehouse. Log what you used on the service request.
ContactsThe customer record. The Systems tab lists the instruments they own and whether each is under contract.
HelpdeskCustomer-opened tickets that may turn into service visits. Dispatch triages; FSEs review details.
